The Website provides general information about our smog inspection, vehicle registration, and Clean Truck Check services, as well as contact details, directions, and promotional offers. It is not legal, regulatory, mechanical, or emissions-compliance advice, and it may not reflect the requirements for your particular vehicle or circumstances. These Terms govern Website use. They do not replace a service authorization, invoice, or other terms presented when you request or receive an in-person service. If terms for a particular service conflict with these Website Terms, the service-specific terms govern that service to the extent of the conflict.
Inspections are performed according to applicable California requirements and the procedures that apply to the vehicle and inspection type. We cannot promise that a vehicle will pass, that a particular result will be reached, or that an inspection will take a particular amount of time. Results depend on the vehicle, its condition, applicable program requirements, and official systems. A failed inspection does not by itself include repairs unless we separately agree in writing to provide them. We do not perform emissions-related repairs as part of a smog inspection unless expressly stated.
Any inspection time shown or described on the Website is an estimate, not a guarantee. Service is subject to eligibility, equipment, staffing, official system availability, and applicable rules. For Clean Truck Check inspections, vehicle eligibility and testing requirements are determined by the applicable California program.
We may assist with eligible vehicle registration transactions and issuance of registration items when authorized by applicable rules and systems. Availability depends on the transaction, vehicle record, payment, and government system approval. Government registration fees, penalties, and other amounts are determined by the applicable agency and may change. Our service charge, if any, is separate from government fees and will be disclosed before the transaction is completed. We cannot guarantee that a government agency will approve or complete a transaction.
Prices and offers displayed on the Website may change and may contain eligibility limits, expiration dates, vehicle restrictions, or other conditions. The price and terms confirmed by our staff before service will apply. A coupon must be presented or mentioned at the time of service if its terms require it. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers cannot be combined. A coupon has no cash value and may not be copied, altered, or used after its stated expiration date.
